Dorit Kemsley Breaks Silence on Erika Jayne After RHOBH Feud

So things got pretty messy on *Real Housewives of Beverly Hills* Season 15. That much everyone already knows. But now that the dust is starting to settle, Dorit Kemsley is finally opening up about where things actually stand with her castmates — and honestly, the update is a little surprising.

Turns out, she and Erika Jayne are doing just fine.

Dorit and Erika? They're Good

In an exclusive sit-down with E! News, Dorit revealed that she and Erika have already been in touch since their tense Season 15 reunion blowout. "Erika and I have had some texts back and forth and it was as warm as it always was," she said.

She did not stop there either. Dorit described the exchange as proof of something deeper between them — a connection that has been building for nearly a decade. "It's a testament to our connection," she added. "It's almost a decade-long friendship."

When two women who just screamed at each other on national television are back to warm texts within weeks, that says something real about the bond underneath all the drama.

Kyle Richards Is a Different Story

Here is where it gets more complicated. Kyle Richards — who was once part of the same tight-knit Fox Force Five alliance as Dorit and Erika, alongside former castmates Lisa Rinna and Teddi Mellencamp — has not reached out. And Dorit has not heard from her either.

"Kyle and I have not spoken yet," Dorit admitted plainly. But she was careful not to slam the door shut. "When you have two people that want to resolve something, that's all you need," she said, adding that she is "open to resolving" things, even if it means accepting that their friendship may look different going forward.

"Hopefully, Kyle will get there," she said, "and her and I can at least take a step forward."

It is the kind of measured, non-dramatic answer that is either genuinely mature or very carefully worded — probably a bit of both.

Owning Her Part in the Drama

One of the bigger talking points of Season 15 was Dorit's chronic lateness, which both Erika and Kyle called out on camera. To her credit, Dorit is not dismissing that criticism.

She even joked that she will show up "on time" to her May 31 memoir signing at The Grove in Los Angeles — which, for anyone who watches the show, is basically a mic drop moment.

The memoir in question is called *Unburdened*, and it hits shelves nationwide on June 2. Dorit described writing it as a deeply personal experience, saying "when you speak very honestly and vulnerably, it resonates with people." She talked about the power of being honest without fear of judgment, which feels very on-brand for someone who just survived one of the messier RHOBH reunion tapings in recent memory.

What This All Means for Season 16

Feuds on reality television rarely end cleanly, and RHOBH has never been particularly known for tidy resolutions. But Dorit walking away from Season 15 with one friendship intact and one still on ice feels like a pretty realistic outcome.

The fact that she and Erika have been texting warmly is genuinely good news for fans who have watched their friendship evolve over years of shared vacations, tearful conversations, and some very memorable disagreements. As for Kyle — the ball appears to be in her court, and whether she picks it up remains to be seen.

One thing is clear though: Dorit Kemsley is not sitting around waiting. She has a book to sell, a signing to get to on time, and apparently a whole lot left to say.
